2 guest speakers, Russell Coleman SC (Chairman of the Hong Kong Bar Association) and Mr Huen Wong (President of the Law Society of Hong Kong) from the event, Enhancement of the Public Understanding of Mediation in Hong Kong, held in Thomson Reuters offices in The Landmark, comment live from the event on their views on the importance of Mediation in Hong Kong.  The event marked the launch of the Hong Kong Mediation Handbook, published by Sweet & Maxwell.

Further to the recent Civil Justice Reform in Hong Kong and the publication of the New Rules of the High Court in the Special Volume of the Hong Kong White Book and the subsequent Volume 4 also containing the new rules plus commentary on the new rules; the new rules have now been published on Westlaw HK.
