Enhancement to Hong Kong Case Law: Cases Cited in the Judgment

Westlaw HK has enhanced the Hong Kong Case Law service to facilitate a quicker understanding of the case precedents cited in a judgment.

From 23 December 2009, all new unreported judgments will include a new list of ‘Cases Cited in the Judgment’ above the judgment.  This mirrors the way the cited cases are presented in The Authorised Hong Kong Law Reports & Digest, and provides a familiar and quick reference tool for Westlaw HK users.
